Crispy pan-fried chicken on a bed of creamy avocado, tomatoes and rocket lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette, slivers of parmesan and a dusting of savoury cornmeal.

Our version of the Caprese: tomato and D.O.P. buffalo mozzarella from Campania and drops of basil pesto.
