We want to tell you about our ingredients carefully selected for you.

All our pizzas are made with artisan flour “Farina del Mio Sacco” from “Molino Pasini” in Mantua.

Our pizza chef processes the dough through a process of extensive cold fermentation, thanks to which it is highly digestible.

The mozzarella we use comes from 100% Italian milk: “Fior di latte” mozzarella and the buffalo mozzarella is D.O.P. from the Campania region.

The pendolino tomatoes come from the Vesuvius area.

Here is a little something about the carefully selected ingredients you can enjoy on our pizzas. All our pizzas are made using “Farina del Mio Sacco” artisan flour by “Molino Pasini” from Mantova (Lombardy). Our pizza chef makes the pizza dough using a cold fermentation process which produces a lighter pizza base. The mozzarella we use comes from 100% Italian milk; “Fior di latte” Mozzarella. The buffalo mozzarella is PDO from the Campania region. Our pomodorino tomatoes are from the Mount Vesuvius area, near Naples (in the Campania region).
