100% Semillón. Paraje Altamira, Mendoza. 6 meses en barrica de roble. En nariz es fresco, elegante e intensidad media. Se pueden apreciar fragancias florales tales como acacia, frutas blancas frescas como peras, ananás, y miel.

100% Chardonnay. San Pablo,Valle de Uco, Mendiza. Fósil es un vino blanco de montaña. Proviene de nuestro viñedo en el Paraje Estancia dentro de la IG San Pablo, a 1400 metros de altura, y a tan sólo 300 metros de distancia del inicio de la Cordillera. La inmensidad de la cordillera y esta cercanía, convierten en extremo todo lo que la rodea: su clima, su paisaje, su identidad.

100% Chardonnay. 6 meses en barricas de roble americano. Las manzanas maduras y las peras jugosas se entrelazan con notas frescas de flores blancas, cítricos y toques sutiles de frutas tropicales.

100% Chardonnay. 95 Puntos Tim Atkin. Se destaca por la intensidad y complejidad de sus aromas, el carácter mineral y untuosidad en boca y por la excelente acidez natural que lo hacen un vino único como el terruño que le dio origen.

100% Verdejo. A fresh wine, full of life and energy, with good acidity and perfect balance, without any bothersome bitterness. Everything is smooth, silky, friendly, and flavorful.

Prensal y malvasía de Banyalbufar. 100% mediterráneo, jugoso, flexible, con tensión y gran concentración. Envejecido sobre lías y protegido del roble. Notas de garriga y especias con taninos integrados.

100% Merseguera. Full-bodied wine. Aged for 11 months on fine lees in a 225-liter Bordeaux barrel made of acacia wood.

Godello, Treixadura, Loureira y Albariño. Notas frutales, sensación de volumen en boca y gran estructura y complejidad, con un final balsámico y muy goloso, casi vicioso.

100% Chardonnay. On the nose, it is a white wine very much in the Burgundy style, with aromas of citrus (grapefruit), tropical fruit (mango), and stone fruit (apricot), complemented by smoky, toasty, and vanilla notes.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Intense varietal aromas characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc, with notes of mango and hints of boxwood, tomato leaf, and asparagus.

Godello, Treixadura, Loureira, and Albariño. Fruity notes, a mouth-filling sensation, great structure and complexity, with a balsamic and very sweet, almost addictive finish.

85% Viura, 10% Garnacha Blanca, 5% Others. On the nose, it offers pleasant citrus and aniseed aromas. White flower and thyme notes also appear. Its palate is fresh and lively thanks to its balanced acidity. An enveloping white wine with a delicious mineral touch on the finish.

100% Albariño. Pleasant floral and fruity aromas. Good volume in the mouth, fresh and smooth taste with body and alcohol content. Balanced acidity, aromatic, and with broad nuances. Pleasurable and elegant aftertaste.

Albariño Rias Baixas. Amarillo verdoso brillante. La nariz es un festival de frescura y fruta que alegra y cautiva. Flores blancas, fruta blanca, fruta de hueso. Una acidez viva y equilibrada, un paso por boca que habla de su tierra, con un toque mineral y salino, como el Valle de Salnés. Un final apoteósico, largo y elegante, complejo y brioso.

Macabeo and Malvasia. Straw yellow color, with a dense sensation in the glass. Very delicate nose, with hints of white flowers, pear, quince, and fresh herbal tones. Sweet, with volume and smoothness. Fresh and acidic sensation.

It's a fresh and mineral wine dominated by citrus notes (preserved lemon), flint, nuts (almond, peanut), and some spicy notes. Its strong minerality makes it ideal to accompany breaded and fried meat cutlets.

100% Malbec. On the nose, it stands out with aromas of wild blueberries and blackberries. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with subtle notes of plum, blackberry, white pepper, and a long fruity finish.

100% Malbec. 'Esperando los bárbaros' is a Malbec from Gualtallary, with highly calcareous vineyards. The intention of this wine is, with excellent grapes, great vineyards, and a great terroir, to make a wine of purity and simplicity without any makeup. Fermented and aged in concrete, it's a precise Malbec with great texture and a wild, floral side.

100% Pinot Noir. 12 meses en roble francés. Color rojo rubí con tonalidades cereza, brillante. Aromáticamente es complejo y delicado, se perciben notas a frutilla, cereza, especias y balsámicas. En boca es amplio e intenso con final largo y persistente, elegante. Combinarlo con preparaciones de cocina fusión, harán exaltar aún más el maridaje de ambos.

100% Cabernet Franc. Red with intense and clear bordeaux tones, it offers highly expressive and varietal typical aromas, with notes of cassis cream and blueberries, along with spices like cloves. On the palate, you can feel ripe, sweet, and round tannins, broad and unctuous in the middle of the palate, with a very persistent finish.

100% Malbec. Aromas of ripe black berries, plum jam, spiciness, and freshness. On the palate, it has a sweet entry, it's fresh, juicy, and concentrated in the mid-palate, with lingering flavors of jam and vanilla on the finish.

64% Malbec. 18% Cabernet Sauvignon. 11% Merlot. 5% Cab. Franc. 2% Petit Verdot. Its aroma is complex, revealing notes of blackberries like cassis and blueberries that combine with subtle hints of licorice and tobacco. On the palate, it stands out for its finesse, breadth, and intensity, with good tannic structure and a long and persistent finish.

100% Malbec - San Pablo, Altamira, Tunuyan. Mendoza. 18 meses de madera. Este vino presenta un color rojo violeta, profundo e intenso. En nariz es complejo, se destacan notas a ciruelas, moras y arándanos que se combinan con sutiles notas balsámicas y florales. En boca es elegante con muy buena estructura, taninos dulces, excelente acidez y un largo y placentero final. Vino para acompañar la alta gastronomía con base de carnes rojas y buena condimentación.

73% Malbec - 27% Cab. Sauvignon. 24 meses de crianza. De un intenso color rojo bordo, profundo. La nariz es delicada, de una expresión aromática intensa y compleja con aromas que recuerdan a frutos negros, regaliz y mentolados. En boca es redondo, presenta taninos maduros y estructurados. De muy buen volumen con final largo y persistente.

Mencía - Bierzo - Un vino de gran pureza, con una paleta aromática muy limpia, muy floral, de carácter asilvestrado y refrescante, con una graduación alcohólica moderada y de medio cuerpo que lo convierte en un vino muy fácil de beber.

70% Monastrell, 25% Giró, 5% Alicante Bouschet. Aged for 2 months in 500L French oak barrels. A juicy red wine with aromas of red fruit, floral notes, and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, it is fresh, flavorful, and balanced. A wine with good acidity, marked tannins, and a long and pleasant finish.

100% Garnacha. Lively cherry-red color with a pink rim and fine legs with medium intensity. On the nose, it's fruity and floral, with notes of rose petals that you will also notice on the palate. Delicate and elegant, with a rich complexity featuring aromas of red fruits, blood orange, toasted caramel, smoke, and liquorice.

100% Monastrell. A fluid red wine with aromas of red fruit accompanied by herbal notes and earthy memories. On the palate, it is tasty, fresh, and easy to drink. A wine with a marked fruity style and lively acidity to the finish.

50% Garnacha, 30% Tempranillo, and 20% Graciano. A juicy red wine that offers aromas reminiscent of ripe strawberries and cherries accompanied by mineral and floral notes on the nose. On the palate, it is sweet and very balanced, with good maturity, despite its youth, and a palate where flavors of raspberries and blueberries appear, giving it a touch of sweetness that contrasts with its refreshing acidity.

85% Tempranillo, 15% Graciano. A great wine from La Rioja, with a lot of fruity character and very expressive. Aroma of ripe fruit, spiciness, creamy oak, toasted, with character. Powerful palate, flavorful, toasted, with mature tannins. Ideal to pair with sorrentinos with red sauce.

Valencian sparkling wine. Chardonnay and Merseguera. On the nose, it offers white flowers, fennel, thyme, and hints of nuts. On the palate, it is an elegant, fresh, and creamy wine. Ideal as an aperitif with salted fish, conserves triolet, or smoked trout.
