ENSALADA MISTICA

Lettuce, rocket, grilled eggplant, caramelized cherry tomatoes, avocado, grilled free-range chicken and mild curry sauce.

CESARE VIZIOSA

With chicken, crisp Romaine lettuce, pancetta and croutons. Seasoned with our mouth-watering anchovy sauce and slivers of parmesan.

ENSALADA POPEYE

Baby spinach with sautéed bacon, fresh avocado, cherry tomato, pine nuts, parmesan slices and balsamic vinegar cream.

PIADINE CON SALSE

Very tasty! Delicious piadina dough triangles, served with three mouth-watering sauces: cheese, bittersweet tomato and home-made black olive tapenade.

PIADINA ALLE VERDURE

Filled with eggplants in oil, confit cherry tomatoes, rocket, dried tomatoes, mozzarella, pumpkin cream and fresh basil.

PROVOLA

Delicious melted Provolone cheese with crispy pancetta, dried tomato shavings and a touch of our Genoese pesto. Accompanied with crunchy bread.
